On Art

Born in a beautiful nature and environment, I enjoyed myself everytime I walked passing the rice fileds, the rivers and especially when I saw the twin Mountains of Merapi and Merbabu in the west. I felt great everytime I executed pencil, pens on any papers or other mediums. The same excitements when I did a little piece of works on woods, clay… Drawing, paintings, sculpting…those were really enjoyable!

I never went for an official course paintings. I thought I was born to draw and paint. I was happy and excited each time to have pen, crayon, paint…or anything to execute. It symbolizes my spirit of preserving beauty, freedom, peace and love…anything we could do to make things and life better.

I had official knowledge on art from references I read when I was in my college. But the real meaning of art in my life is when I feel excitement the same way as people feel on my presence.
